Registered Landscape Architect

Description: Murr Incorporated is an established Landscape Architecture firm based in the North Houston area with an immediate opening. Seeking an RLA with a strong design presence, diverse experience in the field of Landscape Architecture working with both public and private commercial clients.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills:
Hands on experience with design process, from concepts through construction drawings and specs
Experience in a fast paced, design driven studio environment with an ability to think on your feet
Exhibit graphic problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Knowledge of graphics for Conceptual Drawings and full-scale design/development plans and details
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Land FX, Adobe Suite CS4 or better, SketchUp and Microsoft Office
Able to manage multiple projects at once without compromising quality
A working knowledge for creating presentation graphics, construction documents, cost estimates and bid phase documents
Identify, coordinate, and meet project milestones and deadlines
Show initiative and ownership of responsibilities
Experience with some on-site construction management is favorable
Chosen applicant will be required to coordinate with outside Consultants, Engineers and Surveyors
Willing and able to handle Client interaction and attend Client meetings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
