Landscape Architect

SUMMARY
This position is for an experienced landscape architect with the ability to work with project designers and implement designs based on discussion and client interaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
Creates and develops overall design concepts; formulates design presentation strategies and makes presentations (landscape, pools, outdoor living)
Works with AutoCad to develop design concepts with guidance from design team leaders

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Degree in Landscape Architecture is necessary for this position
Five years experience as a project designer on residential applications
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both orally and in writing
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined
Highly proficient in AutoCad and Lumion

Salary range - $50,000 - $55,000
