Description: Murr Incorporated is a growing Landscape Architecture firm based in the North Houston area with an immediate opening for an L.A. with a strong design presence. Experience is diverse in the field of Landscape Architecture working with both public and private clients, always striving to improve the environment. We promote conservation management and water wise usage on our projects during the planning, implementation, and maintenance stages. Our services include all phases of a project from conceptual sketches and preliminary budgeting through the bid and construction administration phases.

Applicant requirements:
Education: BSLA/ MLA from an accredited program
Registered LA in the state of Texas preferred, but not required at the time of hire
Software: Strong skills in AutoCAD 2013 or higher, Adobe Suite CS4 or better, Sketch-Up
and Microsoft Office applications
Chosen applicant needs to be highly motivated, self-starting and able to follow through with tasks to their successful completion. Applicant should also possess strong communication (verbal and written) skills and be willing and able to handle client interaction and attend client meetings. Applicant should have working knowledge for creating presentation graphics materials, construction documents and drawings and bid phase documents demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experience with some on site construction management is a plus. Chosen applicant will be required to coordinate with outside consultants such as Engineers and Land Surveyors as well.
