MMS Consultants, Inc. provides professional civil engineering and land surveying services � from simple property surveys to complete design and construction management. Since 1975, the firm has successfully completed nearly 40,000 municipal improvement and private land development projects throughout Eastern Iowa. Our experienced team of civil engineers, land planners, land surveyors, landscape architects and environmental specialists deliver projects that reflect the goals and expectations of our clients. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality, innovative designs with rigorous attention to cost control. Services include everything from single-lot surveys to complete project consulting, such as concept planning, design development, construction-document preparation, bidding assistance, contract administration, construction staking and construction inspection. For our municipal and development clientele, we also offer project management of infrastructure improvements. In addition to our four state-of-the-art Global Positioning Systems for surveying, we use the most advanced conventional surveying systems and CAD software available to produce high-quality projects. The combined experience of our staff ensures the development of creative yet practical solutions for planning and design. Our five survey-party chiefs have extensive experience with topographic, property boundary, ALTA, right-of-way alignment and acquisition, construction and layout control surveys. Our client list numbers nearly 10,000 and continues to grow. Nearly three-quarters of our projects are for repeat clients. Our clients include schools, cities, counties, the state of Iowa, private individuals, developers, building and infrastructure contractors, architectural firms, banks and attorneys.
